About Fly Fit Vegan

My name is Carmen, but my friends call me CAG.  I’m an incredibly honest girl from Philly that loves fashion, hates working out, but love snatching waists and fathers.  I have been Vegan since July 2015 and I’ve lost about 40 lbs since starting my journey.  Though I’ve been blogging for years, I wanted to create a place that could serve as a resource for people interested in transitioning to Veganism and/or incorporating Vegan components into their diet.  I get A LOT of questions daily about Veganism (many similar questions) and saw the need to have a space where I can direct people to address their inquiries.

My goal is to share at least 2-3 blog posts per week.

  1. Vegan Meals with Recipes and Reviews
  2. Fitness Routines (Though I hate working out, it’s a necessary evil)
  3. Fashion (Hello!  I work hard on this body, I should be a lot to stunt, right?!)
